"Some men see things as they are, and say why.                                                              I dream things that never were and say why not."– George Bernard Shaw

What's Different?

This is not about more stressful working harder to win a bigger game. Or even much of typical self-improvement. What is it to be more curious about changing the game?

Our approach to Inspired Leadership is not just about new strategies. It's an axial shift in the source of energy you come from. A renewable energy system for human sustainability.

Working with Marian may be more like Jedi knight training for you to become master of your energy. And then we can have fun waking up the Force in your team, etc.

You don't want a quick list of tips for how to manage people, projects & profit (that seems a bit like it's coming from when "movers& shakers" wore shoulder pads and carried burgundy briefcases). I hope this makes you laugh, too. We don't dress that way anymore, and, wow, let's not unconsciously end up with outdated ways of trying to succeed, lead, or chase happiness.

You know better by now. You deserve better. What matters most to us and the amazing future that could be deserves better from us.

The great news is that evolving into new ways of being, thinking, and doing open us up to a sustainable Joy (not quick fix happiness).

"Marian Baker makes an utterly persuasive case that success in the 21st century requires a combination of spirit and strategy. She shows why high achievers are also seekers, and why productivity depends on passion. Smart professionals who want to wake up each morning looking forward to the day ahead should grab this...” -Daniel Pink, author of A Whole New Mind

What MAkes All the Difference for You and For the WORLD, Because of You

You know the Einstein quote about how we can't create new solutions coming from the same level of thinking.

He also said, "Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity."

Your experience can be vastly different, depending on what energy source you are coming from.

Imagine a transformational upgrade of your connection your true power source and inner operating system.

I am truly excited about the new "one question that changes everything" model; drilling down to the core "inner what" rather than the "outer what & how" that still runs too much thinking & doing that doesn't create optimal possibilities.

The first thing that comes is that this can never be a canned mission statement and values on laminated card, right? We want to stay open to an ongoing, evolving discovery and application of what really works best for you, your people, organization, etc. In the Wake Up Inspired Leadership Lab, that's one of our favorite questions. What really works? Not the idea, or what sounds good, or appeases, or sells. What truly allows for the greatest potential to flow?
